Absolute revolting service of Blue Label Connect

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Blue Label Connect. The staff has been completely *********** in handling my request. I initially requested my number to be migrated to prepaid due to issues with a SIM swap, but now my number is suspended without explanation.

This issue has left me without a working number for an entire month, and no one is taking responsibility. Despite following up since 06/03/2025, it is now 04/04/2025, and I am still without a resolution. The lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Blue Label Connect to anyone. Their service has been frustrating and unreliable. I urge you not to render any services from them.
