72 waiting time for Simswap

I lost my phone so on Wednesday the 18th September 2024 I did a simwap. Gave them the ICCID number. They told me it takes 72 hour or I can check on the 19th if it is a activated. Thought will wait for the 72 hour. I called this morning to check if it is activated to my surprise the lady that is helping today can't see anything on the system. Now I need to wait another 72 hour in fact she did not even take the ICCID number this time. They just don't care for there clients. I called the *** number
