On 28 Feb 2016 you changed my cellphone number to a Flexi 55 without my concent, my knowledge and my authorisation and signature !!! That is plain ****ed-up!!!! You inconvenienced me, you messed up my vodacom email, which contains very important emails, which is lost due to your actions !!!! You have 24 hours to convert my number back to pre-paid, have my email account back as to where it WAS !!! You will place my cell number and whole account back the way it was before you messed it up, I want all my information restored 100%. I will reserve my rights in full to legal action against you at your cost in full !!!! You have NO right to do as you please this is totally unacceptable !!! I don't even have an account with Edgars, Jet or Foschini ???? You even took my Talking Points of 976 !!! I want to know who gave you *****s permission to do this ???? *** !!!!!
