I took out a contract for a Samsung phone, but got a Ulephone instead for R320 pm. I said ok because I needed a phone, I kept the phone. a week later I called cause the phone was faulty. They said they will sent out someone to pick it up. I wanted a replacement phone which they couldn't give me. Up to date the phone is still faulty I've been calling them to cancel the contact but with no luck. This is month 2 that the phone is in it's box and nobody bother to help me or return my emails. They gave me a contract stating according to that piece of nonsense that nobody can read I agreed to pay the full amount for something that's not working. I really hope someone can help me with this cause I've been taken for a ride for far too long I didn't sign up for a no name faulty phone that sits in a box in a drawer.
