2 weeks and im still waiting for RMCS to phone me.

Hi, i got a sms on my phone a month ago about getting a discount on airtime through my Edgars card which i accepted. After a week, i realised that my caller id was deactivated. I was told to call RMCS for them to re activate it. I have been calling their office ever since, and everytime its a different consultant taking my deatails and telling me someone from their offices will call me within 24-48hrs. Its been over 2weeks now and i still haven't had a call from them. Can you please assist me with solving this problem?
