I was given REF NO: GN*** for this issue initially, but when I called today because it wasn't resolved, I was given a new reference number: REF NO: CN***.

Blue Label is not trustworthy, the representative continues to claim that the matter has been raised to arrange the refund, but it has been a month without any communication or updates from them.
