No ******* router needed

I thought when I made arrangements in advance to switch service provider it should be easy. My prior service terminated yesterday so I thought coulld just switch to new. Now they think I will accept a junk router in my house on Friday 5 days without internet. If I had been told I would need ******* in my house when I have a perfectly good mesh router I would never have attempted to get blue dot.
