Service is absolutely pathetic. Best part is no one will call you. They have the same issue every month off tower 1062. The service goes down for days a time. All they do is say we will send a technician to sort the problem. Technician comes to your house and says the tower is a problem and he cant do anything. No solution what's so ever.
