Blue deals

Very disappointed with Blue Deals cellphone contract.

They debited R499 from my Capitec account, while my account is with Standard Bank. They also got my salary date wrong despite me giving them the correct information.

This caused a lot of stress and bank issues for me. When I tried to sort it out, there was no proper help.

I would not recommend them based on my experience. Please double check your bank details and debit dates if you deal with them. Transaction

I have requested a refund / reversal and proof of where they got my Capitec details. Still waiting.
