Bad experience with blue deals
Unauthorized debit and no refund - Blue Deals I had a very bad experience with Blue Deals. Yesterday (1 September 2026) they debited R499 from my Capitec account, instead of my Standard Bank account which is the account they are supposed to debit. I contacted them about this incorrect debit and requested a refund, but they are refusing to refund me. I never authorized a debit from my Capitec account. I want my R499 refunded immediately to my Capitec account. This is causing me financial stress and I am not getting any assistance. Account holder: [Tinyiko Gwebu] Cell number used for the contract: [***] Date of debit:1 September 2026 - R499 I need this resolved urgently.

Bad experience with blue deals
Unauthorized debit and no refund - Blue Deals I had a very bad experience with Blue Deals. Yesterday (1 September 2026) they debited R499 from my Capitec account, instead of my Standard Bank account which is the account they are supposed to debit. Blue deals
Very disappointed with Blue Deals cellphone contract. They debited R499 from my Capitec account, while my account is with Standard Bank. They also got my salary date wrong despite me giving them the correct information. This caused a lot of stress and bank issues for me. When I tried to sort it out, there was no proper help. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Please double check your bank details and debit dates if you deal with them. Transaction I have requested a refund / reversal and proof of where they got my Capitec details. Still waiting.

Blue deals
