Blucredit is a **** don’t entertain them please please, they promise you a loan and not deliver then debit you R149 every month for nothing, don’t give them your account details

I have since been informed that my application has been placed under debt review. I did not consent to debt review and do not wish to proceed with debt review under the National Credit Act. I hereby formally request that you: 1. *Immediately stop all debt review processing* relating to my application/account above 2. *Withdraw my name* from any debt review submission made to a debt counsellor or the National Credit Regulator 3. *Confirm in writing* within 5 business days that the debt review process has been stopped and that my application will be assessed as a normal credit application Please also update all credit bureaus to reflect that I am not under debt review. If you require any further information from me to process this withdrawal, please contact me on the details above. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Great deal, but terrible customer service and endless spam calls
I registered on the Blucreditdeals website to secure a cell phone deal, which I safely received yesterday. I am really grateful for the deal itself. However, the after-sales experience and customer service have been highly frustrating. Since receiving my device, I have been bombarded with a relentless number of phone calls pushing for more deals, despite already having what I need. To make matters worse, I called in to request that these communications be stopped, and spoke with an agent named Karabo. Karabo was incredibly rude from the moment he answered the phone, showing zero eagerness to help during my introduction. While I was in the middle of explaining my case, he completely hung up the phone on me. This is entirely unprofessional, irritating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service. I am asking Blucreditdeals to look into Karabo's conduct and to please update my profile to stop all further marketing communications and calls. I have my deal and do not want to be contacted with any more offers.

They phone you for a loan. U never get a loan but u have to accept debi checks then it gets debited from your bank account and then they give your details to other loan **** places they make you take things from rednapkin and you never get a loan from them at all. I don't want anything to do with them. I want all my details taken off of their data basis. And all debi checks and debits to be removed ASAP as I never took a loan from them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently called Blue Credit's call centre regarding a debit order running under my name without my authorization. The agents I spoke to were unprofessional and rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was met with resistance and eventually, the agent dropped the call. Upon calling back, I was transferred to another agent who was equally unhelpful. I was repeatedly asked to explain the issue, but the agent spoke over me and seemed more interested in defending her colleagues than resolving my issue. I'm concerned about the *****ulent activity on my account and the poor customer service AMANDA SHE SAID I've experienced. I'd like to speak to a senior manager or someone who can assist me with this matter. Can someone please provide me with the contact details of a senior manager at Blue Credit or assist me in escalating this complaint *** or ***.
