THEY ARE NOT HONEST IN PROMISES
Please rest assured, we’ve already arranged for the florist to deliver a fresh set of blooms on the correct date, 12 August 2025, as originally requested. We’ll make sure your friend receives a beautiful surprise on her special day, as planned.
We truly value your support and feedback, and while we understand your disappointment, we hope this resolution goes a small way towards making things right.
This was their promise. IT WAS NOT FULFILLED. THEY DELIVERED ON THE 6TH INSTEAD OF 12TH
