Pathetic Service Delivery

Terrible experience. Paid R1800 for a particular arrangement, meant to have been delivered at noon, made booking at 8 am, in the special instruction box, asked that these please be delivered at specified time - this instruction box should be removed because you give an instruction and no one listens, it doesn't get done so what's the point? USELESS!! but it doesn't end there, the arrangement of roses i had chosen looked NOTHING like the one that was delivered !! i had ordered the largest bouquet for that arrangement and it was nothing like it. it was flimsy, small, it was such a poor and apathetic attempt! bloomable, you claim to offer a premium service, its not! please ensure you can actually deliver what you advertise and make us pay for!
