NO Customer Service and communication - Do not know where my order is!
I am not happy at all. I placed my order 8am for same day delivery (as expensive). I got the order confirmation and that they will deliver before 5pm. At 4:30pm I tried contacting them - their telephone just says they are busy and cuts off - you cannot speak to someone at all. I mailed the care@bloomable to ask about my delivery. No one came back to me!! Even 24 hours later. Absolutely NO Communication! I have no idea where my order ism, or if it even will be delivered!
