It's a hussle to order, forced to create an online profile

I wanna use the service for Valentines but I feel like this "online store" will disappoint me. 1. They claim that they are an online store and do not have a deposit payment option, they only take the "secure online" payment.

2. You are forced to make the order online, they do not handle over the phone orders, it's "company policy" I'm told.

3. I ended up creating a profile / account on the site, now I cannot log into the site or reset my password, so I cannot add or remove items to / from my order.

Your service is little disappointing right off the bat.
