Great customer service and affordable gifting

I ordered a package with Bloomable and I found the content in the box to be worth the price. The recipient ended up getting the wrong socks but instead of not sending the gift out the supplier opted for sending a more premium and higher cost item to replace it with. I was very thankful for this. After receiving the package I shared my experience with Bloomable and they followed up with me, making sure the situation was rectified by sending me the right pair of socks as well. Great shopping experience with Bloomable and great customer service!!!!
