BLOOMABLE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Terrible Service – Valentine’s Day Flowers Never Delivered!
I ordered a bouquet from Bloomable for my wife on Valentine’s Day, expecting a beautiful surprise to arrive for her. Not only did the flowers never get delivered, but I also received zero communication from the company about any delays or issues.
Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and thanks to Bloomable’s incompetence, my wife was left empty-handed and disappointed. I paid for a service that was never fulfilled, and despite my attempts to contact them, I have yet to receive an explanation, apology, or refund.
This is completely unacceptable. If a business can’t handle orders on a high-demand day, they shouldn’t be taking them. I wouldn’t recommend Bloomable to anyone looking for reliable service. Avoid them unless you want to be let down on an important day! No communication from after trying to reach out!!! I'm beyond livid!!!!
