Useless

Never answers phone calls I’ve had to use my ISP to get ahold of them to only be told that there has been an outage since 8:30 am and that there is a technician on site busy sorting the problem out it’s now 5:30 pm and we are still out ... ridiculous to see a company not pull their finger out of their ass and start helping their customers maybe if they did they would have lot less 1 star ratings
