They don't know what they are doing

Worst service ever!!!! They work together but there is no communication between them at all.It seems as if they don't know what they are doing.They play blame games and no service rendered at all. The lie and forget what story they told previously. If you want a stressful encounter with a service provide you are more than welcome to utilise them.
