Stay Away from Blitz and Zoom Fibre

Blitz Connect installed fibre at our complex which seems to tie in with Zoom Fibre in the street. I signed up with home connect ISP when Blitz Connect sent me many mails asking me to pick a provider, after I asked multiple times if the fibre was live, and assured it was. this was at the end of Feb. beginning of march I got a mail saying that the order was created and approved. first appointment they made to install was towards the 3rd week of march then there was some issue with the fibre and it was not live, then a second scheduled installation for end of march and again wasted my time and there was another issue, the sub contractor doing the installation had to phone me to tell me he cant get hold of zoom or Blitz and he cant install, I have now tried many attempts to email and phone and whatsapp both companies and no answer no explanation nothing. This is pathetic service from both companies.
