Ironic company name!

I agree with the previous review - Frogfoot is embarassing itself by associating with this company (altough, if I understand correctly, Blitz is now a subsidiary of Frogfoot). It is impossible to get a fibre connection installed through these people. Thus far I've been trying for well over a month to get Blitz (subcontracted by Frogfoot) to come and do my installation, and there is no hope in sight yet. Because Frogfoot supp**** the infrastructure to the building, there is no way to get fibre other than through Frogfoot via Blitz. A terrible situation for any customer to be in.
