HEIKE FROM BLITZ FIBRE IS AMAZING!

I had an issue with Frogfoot, Web Africa, Blitz Fibre when applying for fibre for my son in Stellenbosch .... Im not too clued up on fibre stuff and it was all quite confusing - after being shipped from pillar to post and a 10 day turn around time was going to turn into a 20 day turn around - I lost my cool! I got hold of the FABULOUS and OUTSTANDINGLY EFFICIENT "HEIKE" from Blitz Fibre - Heike was amazing - she calmly listened to my rant and took control of my Fibre situation. She went over and above the scope of her duties and responsibilities to assist me. She kept in touch with me daily to give me updates and to guide me through the process. Heike pulled out all the stops - I dont know what her actual job is but she just happened to answer the phone when I called the Blitz Fibre head office. Heike - you were amazing and from reading other negative reviews about Blitz Fibre on Hello Peter, it is clear that you are a breath of fresh air for this company and I certainly hope that you are valued and appreciated. I cannot thank you enough for your exemplary customer service. You are the bomb! Thank you for giving my son fibre and saving my sanity.
