Frogfoot and Blitz Fibre very poor service and non delivery

I received an email on Friday the 14th of January from frogfoot fibre advising that blitz fibre is their contractor in my area and they will do fibre installation as confirmed as today 17th January 2022. It was way past the appointment time with no call from them. So I escalated to frogfoot. The technician sent me a WhatsApp advising he will be here at 1pm. At 13:30pm I called him and he advised he is just loading the van and on his way. He never arrived. Their email states if there are any changes they will contact you. I had to follow up like 7 times and never got any feedback.

Very very poor customer service and non delivery. Technician was dishonest in saying he was packing van and on his way. A wasted day of leave.
