DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BLITZ FIBRE. DO NOT USE THEM!!

First of all, the fact that this business has majority 1 star reviews is just WOW. I definitely agree with this rating because I have experienced nothing but disgustingly poor service from them and the worst part is that I am forced to use this company as my ISP uses these people to do the installations. Twice they have made appointments with me and then did not pitch up for them. They have disrespected my time and effort to be available during my work hours that I now owe time for. They also make appointments whenever they feel like and expect me to be available for them without even asking if I can be. The technicians then have the nerve to make their problem my problem by saying that appointments are made my Cape Town HQ and that they only what work to do the morning of. All I am hearing is that they have an unreliable and disorganized system and work ethic. It is very unprofessional to try and plead your sob story to me as a client about why you can't make it and why you didn't bother to alert me when your technicians were delayed by another job. I don't care. Take responsibility for your actions or shut down your business is you can't operate properly.
