Complete and utter bad service.

Bad service. Had an appointment at 4pm. Didn't show up. No phone call to change the appointment. No phone call to apologise. Phoned the office and apparently they don't have stock to do the installation. Phoned the technician and the number does not exist. Really really bad service. I don't see how anyone would use a company like this.
