Blitz Fibre zero customer support

I got a call from my daughter today to inform me that we had no internet. I asked for pics of the TP link and the fibre unit. I saw it was the TPlink that was faulty. After wasting time at work trying to get Cool Ideas to test the line whom refused I was told to call from home. I did this and the guy that assisted me kept making me out to be a fool as the 192.... did not work. The guy from Cool Ideas put the phone down in my ear. I eventually found out the fault was actually Blitz whom never informed anyone of the "scheduled maintenance" hence nothing worked like trying to test the TPLink on the 192.... way. This cost me a living fortune in calls waiting on lines. Further, every night after 7pm while watching Netflix on a 10meg line the tv goes fuzzy. We have been told that the line is split many times and not a 1-1 line that we were sold on upfront. Blitz just feel nothing for customer service as they would have informed all their sign up in our estate hence not costing me a fortune and been made a fool of by Cool Idea. Please be careful try the likes of Mweb etc as they6 treat custoemes like gold and not just in it to take your money.

Good day Sheldon,

Thank you for your post and feedback on our service. In order to keep our clients in the loop, we send out weekly updates to all ISP's regarding progress on fibre builds in our complexes. This is scheduled for a Monday at 4pm. Scheduled maintenance notices are also sent out to all ISP's as relevant, to relay to their customers. From Blitz side we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you suffered with this incident. In terms of the 10meg line going fuzzy at 7pm, we would like to log a ticket with our technical team to get that sorted for you as Blitz' biggest pride is the integrity of our product. Kindly send an e-mail to *** in order for us to follow-up on this matter.

Thank you for taking time to let us know of your experience and helping us grow in customer satisfaction.

Best regards,

The Blitz Fibre team

So interesting you now say you sent out notices to all ISPs but strange Cool Ideas have no knowledge of this? Further you state that you scheduled build at 4pm Monday? We eventually got an official letter from yourselves being Blitz (not to each registered user but to our complex) that officially states you are doing routine maintenance in our Complex Monday. Strange thing again is we do not need build in our comolex as we have your fibre lines operational already. If you are to do maintenance very strange only months after our ibstall? Further to this Blitz has not entered our complex at all since Monday as per the letter and our complex still has no fibre working. Our entire system has been switched off basically zero signal to our TP links as they have a bright red dot? Further to this over the past few days Telkom has installed boxes every few meters directly above your fibre lines after digging holes directly where your lines are laid, is there something we are not been told here? Let's hear the next lies to come!!! I am paying for fibre individually and demand the truth or will take this further.

Dear Sheldon

Thank you for your message.

As per the first letter, if the fibre is still being built/installed in the complex, updates on the build will be sent to our clients - the ISP (Cool Ideas in your case). They will update their clients accordingly and do pre-orders etc. Updates to the ISP from Blitz happen weekly on a Monday at 4pm.

Similarly, any scheduled maintenance work on any fibre in a complex will be sent to the client (ISP) as and when it is due. They will inform their clients accordingly.

Blitz Fibre install fibre in the complex to get the complex fibre ready. When the fibre in the street becomes live, the complex can be lit. If there are any issues with the live fibre in the pre-installed complex, this will be dealt with as per individual unit via the ISP.

Payment for your connection should only be billed once the fibre is live. So it could be that a complex is fibre ready but not live yet - thus no billing to take place from ISP side.

If there is a temporary link at the complex, the units will have access to internet via a wireless link. There will be a charge for this from the ISP. You mention paying for a service yet your complex is not fibre live yet?

Sheldon, kindly send a mail to *** with your complex name so Blitz can provide some clarity on the fibre status and possibly assist in shedding some light on your current link.

Best regards,

The Blitz fibre team

Hi. Please tell me this is Candid Camera in words. Are you actually serious about your replies. Please get someone who can read and take in what is being said on my complaints as you clearly are not able to understand basic english. You have gone on a tangent with pages of your last reply and not relevant to our complaint. Here is grade one english that even you might figure out. Our complex is not under build. Our complex has a permnent line in working for months now. Our link to your main box up the road has a permanent cable under ground. Are you still with me at this stage. So if you still can follow on Monday our entire complex had no fibre Blitz switched it off?? We then got a lwtter stating complex maintenance as well as you saying fibre build. One comment if not both are a lie. Fo you realize the hole you are digging for Blitz when people read all above. Cool Ideas have rezo knowledge of Blits switching off our lines. NOTE every unit in our complex fibre is switched off. Do you still follow or tey get a grade 2 student to interpret. The lies must stop what us going on with our complex fibre being Sanford Glen. You replies are an absolute joke and I cannot believe you can write such lies. Again our complex has been live for months with a permanent line and since Monday no units have fibre. All the TP links have a bright red light showing and yes we all paid our bill to date. Blitz are just dragging us on with lies and not telling us what is going on as to why the fbre is off. It seems clear that there well might be a financial problem and you cannot servise debt and your lines are cut as you have not paid where you link into. This is now the feeling based on your ongoing lies trying to detract from the plain and simpme comment. Our complex has been switched off and yes we all use different isps and it is confirmed Blitz has terminated the lines not the isps. If you want i can send you a dictionary to look up what each word means so you have no excuse but to address our concern of our complex fibre is off all houses and Blitz wont give us reasons as to why. Look forward to your next essay not related to my compmaint (trying to tell me about build and other **** which has nothing to do with our complex)
