Blitz Fibre rolout

Over the last year we had a fibre backbone installed by Blitz fibre all documentation of the site and a plan of the phone /Pabx layout was forwarded to them through their top management. All the directors that dealt with Willows Retirement Village have parted way with the company. For Blitz to comply to their own agreements. I had to remind them that they had no legal binding agreement with us. Their project management team has no idea of the documents we gave them to kick off the project. Even without these documents they went ahead and installed the project. They now come back and ask us for the route layout of the village. they are a company that i will strongly recommend don't do business with them. As bring the project to completion they expect the customer to prove the damage caused by their subcontractor who was found sleeping on the site and was asked to be removed from site. The most frustrating point this whole process is that they are not a reliable parner to do business with and take responsibility to pay for the damage caused by there subcontractors the project management is worthless and in the end. This will end up in court which could lead to a sequestration order being the outcome. They are the most unreliable company i have ever dealt with there are much better options out there so please choose carefully
