Blitz Fibe *******

We( Montana Close HOA) received a proposal for fibre from Blitz Fibre in September 2018. They subsequently also gave us a quote for cameras. Both proposals were accepted. Blitz then requested 100% payment for the cameras which we were not happy to do so we agreed on a 50% payment. The Fibre was finally laid in January 2019. Owners were however very unhappy due to the quality of the workmanship and damage to property during the installation. This however is not our main issue with Blitz. To date Blitz Fibre have failed to install the cameras. Despite several emails to them over a period of 2 months they have failed to advise us why our cameras have not been installed. We have requested a refund to which we have not received a reply either. Every time that we contact the sales rep Byron Bowers, he refers us to a lady in the JHB office but no one ever gets back to us. We are told that the issue has been referred to management but they cant tell us what the issue is. When we requested the owner or directors details we are told that he is not available. This sounds like a ******* and hope that no one else get conned by Blitz Fibre
