Absolutely poor service! - Empty promises

I really just need clarity for once please! And not empty promises as received the past year!...Residents of Chade Manor(Port Elizabeth, Bridgemead) have been given random dates of when the fibre will be live for the past year already! The last date was the 11th of September, yet we are still not live?? I was originally promised by Marco that it should be done last December. Then January, then February, then April, then June, then 12th July. Cell C has still not contacted me and their offices still insists that they did not receive my application yet. My application was sent to Blitz fibre in June already.. I believe that BlitzFibre is known for their not-so-wonderful customer service and I see now why. So happy to hear that Frogfoot will be coming to our complex! Maybe they will get us up and running before Blitz does..

I want some answers today please.
