Worst service I've gotten from anyone ever

Ive been posting on hellopeter about not getting assistance from them they keep on saying they are working on it i phoned them around the week before last week regarding my paid up letters after they said they will sort it out the lady told me that they are sorting it out and i would recieve info regarding the paid up letters by the end of that week but two weeks have past and no feedback from them each time i have to waste money to phone them not once do they phone me and try to make another excuse why i don't have my paid up letters. If i could give them a minus star rating i would. Also just want to state that i would be getting in touch with NCR to assist me with them.
