Unreturned funds
I had an account with Identity years ago, and during that time I went through debt review, eventually the account was paid off and I overpaid by R364, in my recent communication with Identity I was informed that the amount was handed to Blake and associates to deposit that back into my account, that was done in December, however I have not received payment from Blake and associates nor communication from them, when you call the company you get sent from pillar to post, can I please have this matter resolved ASAP

21 Feb 2023, 10:53Good day, unfortunately the matter has not been resolved, all they said was “we gave the money to Blake & Associates for them to refund you, for any queries please contact them directly”, that was the last communication I had with them
