Unprofessional Service
Today I spoke to a consultant by the name of Siphokazi who was very unprofessional & arrogant. I demanded a paid up letter & she answered me with a very sarcastic "it will take 7-14 working days must I lie to you".
Payment was done on Friday, I was told initially that the payment will take 2-3 days to reflect. How long will I wait for my letter?
