Unprofessional & Rude
This company is harassing me DAILY despite the fact that I have insurance on my arrear account and have completed the application forms to claim on it. However, for months I've been ignored and I receive threatening mails. I respond each time and copy the previous mail - nobody takes any notice. I am DISGUSTED with their method.
