Unprofessional, irritating, unhelpful, uncaring

My experience with Blake & Associates has been terrible. This is because of very poor custormer service and lack of organisation. The company can never give you a straight answer for anything and all they are after is money. I don't mind paying for my debts but when I'm finished I must at least be able to get on with my life. Every agent you speak to at that company tells you a different story about your debt and you have to explain every time you speak to one of them before they can understand how much you owe or how many accounts you have. I need my paid up letter for the Capitec Credit Card please. I settled that account years ago and you still calling me demanding payments. Yhoooo
