Unprofessional ******
Blake & Associates is very unprofessional. I settled an account in 2020 and requested a paid up/settlement letter as proof of payment and I still haven't received it in 2023. I settled another one last month on the 25th and requested a paid up/settlement letter and I still haven't received it. This company doesn't even respond to emails. They are uncaring ****** who are just after people's money.
