Unprofessional

My account was handed over to Blake's and Associates in 2021 by cell c . I paid all the amount that is due to cell c through blakes and associates now I'm receiving harassment calls from Css credit solutions calling on behalf of cell c that I'm still owing my cell c account.

This is very annoying cause blakes was responsible for my account and it shows that agents that where responsible of my account didn't do their job .

I am very frustrated and annoyed at the current moment , please send my settlement letter to cell c and also send that paid up letter to me on my email ***

I have been Patient enough so now I'm taking further steps and I'm reporting this matter to Ombudsman cause surely blakes and cell c doesn't take their clients serious.
