Unallocated payments
I currently live in Vietnam. I have been trying numerous times to get hold of ANYONE to assist me with the allocation of my payments. I tried email, as well as the whatsapp group, but no reaponse. This has been going on for a month now. I have sent target details as requested. I received a statement yesterday stating that i have not made any payments on my outstanding account. This is very dissapointing. I get harassed when I have made payments towards my account. They keep on telling me my phone number is wrong, REALLY, OBVIOUSLY!!! I MOVED TO VIETNAM!!!
