These people are ****sters.

Is this company a ****. I paid a whopping amount of R15000 on the 30th of Septempber 2023 to settlle my Telkom acconunt. I contacted balke and associants today just to hear that my account is not with them but they were the once to phoned me to have this settle, I got a discount from 24000 to 15000. Where is my money you ****sters.!!!

I contacted Telkom they never received any money. I will sue you if i dont find my money.

Not jst that I try and chat with them on Whatsapp. Send a message on Monday jjust fir them to reply tomy whatsapp today.

They again aske dme for my Id number when I alsready sent it through with my initual whatsapp. Sent a Hi at 8am jsut to get a reply at 10am I reply imediately and they still havenot rep**** to my hi.

I work for a call centre and I can say their services are in hell. I dont recommen this people. Why are the companies using them as a third party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
