Terrible service

Pathetic service. My cell c account was handed over to them. I settled the whole amount and was told i paid up letter will be sent to me in 48 hours that was on the 18th of September it is currently the 1st of November and we still havent received it. Cell C then instructed me to get a invoice from them to show that the balance is 0 it was requested on the 20th of October i was told with in 24 hours i would get it but yeah i am still waiting. They are quick to phone for the money but once it has been paid they do not want to help also they have some of the most rude consultants
