Terrible communication
Blake & Associates, has no problem calling and harassing you - (even if you pay on time) they say the calls are recorded, what a joke! Then listen to the recordings.
However when you request an updated statement or someone to speak to other than a call agent, you get put on hold.
This is ridiculous !!

You had requested for a statement in September which was sent via email on the 27-09-2024. A request had been sent through for a statement on the 31-10-2024 for all payments made to reflect, kindly advise if you have received the statement. We would like to thank you for payment received in September and October and we look forward to your final payment of R4507.83 which will be in November.
