Struggling to get my money back from Truworths and Blake & Associates

On the 21/04/2020 I made a payment towards my Truworths Clothing account into thier Debt collection company called Blake and Associates. To my surprise Truworths called me harassing me with demands of payment. Efforts to get the Amount paid into their debt collection company credited onto my Account failed, neither has my quest to have Blake and Associates reimbursing my money been acknowledged

I am disappointed and frustrated at how such big companies can disregard the Pleas of thier loyal customers like this. I have made numerous telephone calls and sent many emails to both Truworths and Blake Associates but none of them have yeilded any fruitful results. KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE INSTITUTIONS
