SETTLEMENT LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED
They have been calling me to settle my one account... I've managed to pay the account and now I'm struggling to get a settlement letter from them.
They are quick to phone a person 10 times a day but once payment is made you have to struggle to get a simple letter.

25 Nov 2024, 10:28 Good Morning Mr Kleyn,
I trust you are well.
Thank you so much for taking my call and to address the query raised.
Please be advised we did receive your proof of payment made in October and final settlement amount paid in November.
As discussed, please note I have requested your paid-up letter from our client.
I will forward the paid-up letter to you once received, in the interim to avoid any communication, I have restricted contact on your account until this matter has been resolved.
Should you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact me directly and I will assist.
Kind Regards,
