Settle Account

Good day

I would like to settle a cellc account but i understand its no longer with you guys. Can someone with authority ask cellc to have this account so that i can pay it off?

I WANT TO SETTLE CELLC ACCOUNT

I had a account with cellc which was handed over to Blake & Ass. Blake & Ass had the account until June 30 2021. I called cellc useless call centre about over 5 times telling them i want to pay off the account. Explained the story to many who seem not to comprehend my query. They gave me numbers to get me off the phone which are incorrect even gave me Blake & Ass number saying its their early recoveries... My request is simple i want to pay-off or settle the account. Why must this be a difficult request. Can someone competent help me with the query.

Guys solution here is easy, a manager in collections/account department needs to send my account to Blake & Ass allow them to have right to collect the account. Then i get offer from Blake & Ass settle
