My account still has an outstanding balance of R3677 even after I have paid a settlement amount. You informed me that it takes about 21 business day from the moment I have settled. I paid last year on the 25th of October, 3 months later we still here. I have phoned Blake & Associates numerous times and was told they will escalate the matter, it even shows on your system that I phoned regarding this matter.... What else must I do to resolve this matter. Ya'll were on my nack phoning non stop for me to pay with a settlement discount and you will provide paid up latter within 21 working days... I feel ****ed by this bogus company💔
