Rude, Unprofessional and arrogant!

These people are extremely unprofessional and very rude! I was handed over by Telkom as they failed to send me my monthly statement. When trying to sort this with the people at Blake and Associates they take longer than a month to send me the statement from Telkom and added me extra interest every single day that I was waiting for the statement. Eventually I received the statement and then getting a confirmation letter from them for banking details took another eternity. Pathetic service is not even a proper word to describe them!
