Rude Staff / Agents

Their staff needs training and be informed that they are not the CEO's of the companies they are calling on behalf. I was called by some guy regarding my account that has been handed over, when I explain to the guy i am currently unemployed and can only afford this much amount, he responded in saying " so you like owing people money" Wow!!!! please tell your staff they also have debts to pay so they must not act like they are in a different side of the world.
