Rude service

Today I called in to confirm if my account has been paid up and I was told I have an outstanding amount of R0.09. I asked if the account can be closed (written off) and the incredibly rude agent told me very Impolitely No.

I understand if it is not the policy of the company to write off amounts no matter how small and I am fine with that but when I asked them to cancel the debit order I was told they cannot do that as it is still outstanding. You want to debit R350 to recover an amount of 9 Cents. That's just ridiculous and petty. All of this I could look past if your agent wasn't so incredibly rude!
