Rude Consultants

I have received a call from theses agents and when i attempted to make arrangements they have time to be rude, who do they think they are to be rude and drop the phone in ones hear. where the hell did they get their training from to treat clients like animals

I received a call from them this morning , and I swear if their management do not get back to me I will be taking this to the ombudsman.
