Rude Collector

After I received a call from ***, I called back returning the call. I spoke to a lady by the name of Monique and she said that I owe Multichoice. When I told her that I don't owe them anything she told me that what I owe could, I mean COULD be pro-rata that was charged on my account. She then said she can give me options on where to go to see that I owe Multichoice. like really now?? The last time I watched DSTV was last year and only now I'm being called by collectors?? If you are going to be RUDE towards me I am going to put the phone down on you as I have no energy for you. ALSO I NEED to go through channels to go and see what I possible COULD be owing?? Dont call me if you dont have your facts straight. Go to the service provider and provide me with proof on the reason that you are calling me?? AGAIN I DO NOT OWE MULTICHOICE ANYTHING!
