RUDE AGENT!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
What pathetic service!!!
I was on the live chat with Agent T. Naidoo, I explained my situation to him. WITHOUT assistance or even asking me for any personal information, I was told "Your account isn't with Blake & Associates"
I asked him to just make 100% with my ID number and he ended the chat. I logged on again just to find the live chat was offline. I waited 10 min and logged back on, and to my surprise, the live chat was online again. The moment I sent a message, he/she ended the chat once more!
I am not leaving it here. That's for sure.... Blake & Associates and their rude agents needs exposure!!
